▌Price: 35 USDDesigns vary depending on the purpose. Icons for social media and emotes for discord or Twitch, for example. Please specify in your email.

Terms of Service

General

  • I have the right to refuse any commission I’m not comfortable with.

  • Commissions are reserved to only be used by the client for personal use or private use. They are not allowed to be used for profit, NFTs, or AI engines.

  • In-progress commissions can be tracked through my Trello page. Any other questions you may have, you can reach out via email.

Payment

  • Payment via Paypal and USD only.

  • Payments must be paid in full through an invoice I send. No payment plans or split payments.

  • I will not start the commission unless invoice has been paid.

  • Your commission will be canceled if you fail to pay within 3 days from the time I've sent the invoice (unless you provide a heads up).

  • If I am unable to do your commission, I will fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

Process

  • For commission inquiries, please reach out to me via email at [email protected] or fill out the google form on the Home page if provided.

  • Your email/form should explain the type of commission you want and visual references. Visual references must be clear and well-read. I will not accept written references or commit to character design work as I do not have the capacity for that at this time.

  • Once details have been confirmed, I will send an invoice that must be paid in full. Commission will not start until invoice has been paid.

  • After payment, I will work on providing a sketch for approval. Please list your changes and note that I offer a limit of how many times I allow edits.

  • After the sketch phase I will move forward to lines and color.

  • If minor changes are needed in the final piece (for example, a missing earring), there will be no charge.

  • If there are large changes, you will be charged with an additional fee.

  • Upon completion, you will be given a final PNG file. Depending on the commission, you may receive a few different files.
